Rolling diaphragm products continue to lead the way into a new era of power sources, thereby better conveying dust, increasing conveying resistance, and reducing maintenance.
Diaphragm pumps have good pump chamber design and reliability, which avoids secondary dust flying or surface aging, causing damage to equipment wear and tear. The pneumatic diaphragm pump can transport both material and gas media, and the transported media will not be damaged by impurities or impurities. The diaphragm pump manufacturer uses PTFE/PTFE oil seals, which are equipped with anti ignition and eliminate leakage.
The diaphragm pump uses compressed air, nitrogen, or natural gas as the power source. The main directional (pneumatic) control valve distributes compressed air to the gas chamber and applies uniform pressure to the inner surface of the diaphragm. The gas discharged at the same time is discharged from the rear of the other side of the pump through the guide port of the gas valve assembly. The gas pressure in the inner chamber of the pneumatic double diaphragm pump exceeds the liquid chamber pressure, and the diaphragm connecting rod moves back and forth to discharge on one side and inhale on the other side. The direction of liquid discharge and suction is controlled by the direction of the check valve (ball valve or disc valve). The suction stroke causes the pump to perform suction. The suction stroke can reduce chamber pressure and increase chamber volume. This generates an atmospheric pressure difference, pushing the liquid through the suction pipeline, through the suction side check valve, and into the external liquid chamber. The suction side stroke can also activate the reciprocating (displacement, stroke, or circulation) movement of the pump. The pneumatic double diaphragm pump mechanically pulls the suction diaphragm through the stroke, and the inner plate of the pneumatic double diaphragm pump contacts the aligned driving plunger. After the movable guide valve is activated, a pressure signal is sent to the other end of the main directional air valve. The pneumatic double diaphragm pump changes the direction of compressed air to the other side of the internal chamber, and thus repeatedly moves to complete the continuous transportation of the medium.
Pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery that uses compressed air as the power source. For various corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids, it can be pumped and absorbed completely. Its working principle is similar to that of a plunger pump. Due to the characteristics of the working principle of a diaphragm pump, it has the following characteristics.
● Elasticity and wear resistance. When delivering a high (1) diaphragm pump, the rubber diaphragm drives another diaphragm to cut off the passage.
● Elastic and single cylinder diaphragm. When conveying high pressure, the rubber diaphragm closes the diaphragm against the lining to prevent impurities from entering the connection.
High oxygen utilization rate. Can handle many media: gas is connected to the solenoid valve to ensure the correct use of the solenoid valve diaphragm.
Performance and principle: High oxygen utilization rate. It can meet the output position requirements of “Density” 8).
