Overview of Rolling Diaphragm Products: Diaphragm filter press, also known as diaphragm filter press, is a new generation of solid-liquid separation equipment developed on the basis of box filter press. It is also a relatively high-end and technologically rich filter press series.
The diaphragm filter press has the advantages of high pressing pressure, good corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, safety and reliability, and is suitable for customers in industries such as metallurgy, gas, paper making, coking, pharmaceuticals, food, brewing, and fine chemicals.
Diaphragm filter presses have been widely used in various fields that require solid-liquid separation. Diaphragm filter press is considered as an alternative upgrade equipment for ordinary box filter press.
The diaphragm filter press has shown good results in terms of processing capacity per unit area, reducing filter cake moisture, and adaptability to the properties of the processed materials.
The diaphragm filter press is applied to sludge and sewage treatment, and the minimum moisture content of the filter cake has reached below 60%. Compared to traditional box type filter presses, the solid content of the filter cake can be increased by more than 2 times, and the transportation cost of the filter cake is greatly reduced. The filter cake can enter the power plant and be directly burned, truly turning sewage into a resource and sewage into a clear spring, completely replacing the box type filter press.
For different diaphragm materials, the new generation of diaphragm filter presses can be divided into rubber diaphragm type and polymer elastomer diaphragm type.
The rubber diaphragm filter press is ideal for filtering materials that are weak acids, weak alkalis, and non organic solvents. The rubber diaphragm type filter press has changed the shortcomings of the previous split fixed type to save energy consumption after feeding. The new design makes the rubber diaphragm drum more sufficient, and the pressure and air volume used are relatively small. Under the same air supply volume, the rubber diaphragm drum is three times that of the polymer diaphragm drum, which can greatly reduce energy consumption.
Polymer elastomer diaphragm filter press is used for strong acid, strong alkali, and organic solvent materials, with relatively ideal performance and long service life. Its pressing forms are divided into gas (air) pressing and liquid (water) pressing, which can meet the needs of different industries. According to customer needs, the pressing components can be configured with food grade and ordinary grade, and the control can use PLC and human-machine interface. For general materials, fully utilize the function of squeezing and dehydration. For some special materials, the segmented pressing method of first low-pressure pressing and then high-pressure pressing can also be used.
Its biggest advantage is that the filter plate can be used for secondary pressing to reduce the pressure of hydraulic pressing, effectively extending its service life.
The reason for the high efficiency of PTFE diaphragm filter press is the function of the filter plate of the diaphragm filter press. If the contact end between the filter press and the diaphragm filter press needs to press the filter plate, then the plate frame filter press may lead to a decrease in efficiency.
