According to the rolling diaphragm strength theory, according to the design criterion that the peak pressure difference inside and outside the rolling diaphragm must be less than the safe working pressure of the rolling diaphragm, the boundary constraint of the inner diameter of the compensator is derived, and the value range of the inner diameter is obtained, combined with the actual Design requirements and processes, the method of determining the inner diameter of the compensator;

4.Based on the key structural parameters of the inner diameter of the compensator, some compensators for deep-sea equipment were designed and tested by a large number of pressure cylinders. The actual use proved the feasibility of the design method.
